Pricing

On this page, you'll find base pricing for cakes and dessert items from Kadi's kitchen to you- We are your go-to Williamsburg cake bakery. Feel free to inquire for a custom proposal for our custom cakes in Williamsburg, VA. Cakes are priced by the serving starting at: Naked Cake or Buttercream at $8.5 per serving, Fondant at $11+ per serving, and carved or 3D cakes starting at $20 per serving, with prices increasing based on the level of detail. Cake stand rental is available at $50 for one stand and $150 for multiple stands, perfect for dessert or cupcake bars. 

There is no 'Wedding' markup on our orders. The cost remains the same regardless of the type of event cake you choose. The cost of cake stand rental or multiple rentals is encouraged for large events and weddings. Please return stands within one week of the event to Kadi Bakes. 

Please note that most custom orders will typically be an investment of $200 or more due to the level of detail, labor, and design involved. The typical wedding investment is between $800 and $2000. For cake and cupcakes, budgeting for 6-10 guests per serving (1.5-2 servings each) and for dessert bars, 8-12 guests per serving (3 items each) is standard for weddings. Wedding and event orders do require a minimum order per guest.
